Kundai Sibanda, M.Sc.

Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at the CCA, Kundai Sibanda supports the planning and execution of expert assessments in collaboration with Project Directors. She assists in establishing and coordinating expert panels, organizing experts and stakeholder participation throughout the assessment process, and event and logistics management. Additionally, she contributes to the report development, and coordinates peer review, production, and dissemination of reports.

Before joining the CCA, Kundai worked in administrative support and executive assistant positions for over 12 years. She also worked as a tourism development market research executive. She has worked for Humane Canada, the United States Embassy (Harare), the Prime Minister’s Office (Zimbabwe) and the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority. In all these roles, Kundai was responsible for coordinating various projects and events.

Kundai began her career in tourism and holds a Masters degree in Public Policy and Governance from Africa University and an M.Sc. in Strategic Management from the Chinhoyi University of Technology. She has volunteered as a Customer Service and Administrative Support Volunteer at the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Kundai is currently working on the Labour Market for PhD Graduates assessment and the Circular Economy assessment.
