Hasna Rouighi

Hasna Rouighi has been working in economic development, science, and innovation for more than 10 years, including in the design of policies and programs, as well as in the creation of partnerships at both the Canadian and international levels. She joined the Innovation Office team of the Ministry of Health and Social Services in February 2020, initially as Team Leader and later as Director. In this role, she is responsible for structuring and deploying health innovation governance in Quebec. Hasna supports her team in accelerating the adoption of health innovations among governmental partners, healthcare institutions, and stakeholders within the innovation ecosystem.

She has inclusive vision and leadership and significant expertise in the processes underlying the integration of value-added innovations and their scaling within public institutions.

Hasna holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from the Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in management from HEC Montréal.
